As a veteran-owned small business, Performance PM Services is run by David Root, who served in the Army during the Desert Storm era.     Fees vary based on the type of project or service; we typically calculate fees based on square footage. However, there are certain project services priced to specific client service requirements. 

  • Is PPMS a general contractor?

    We do not perform work as a Licensed General Contractor but as a Lead Project Services Management Organization.


    We conduct business within the commercial and institutional construction space as a project lead or owner’s representative. We utilize our established and highly vetted nationwide network of general contractor relationships, which PPMS Owner David Root has established over the last 25 years. 

    With client service as the primary focus, we have a long and positive track record of project success while performing lead project oversight on more than 300 projects, ranging in scope and size from $50,000 up to $15 million plus.

  • Do you offer design-build services?

    Yes, through established national partnerships.

  • Do you manage technology or wireless projects?

    Yes, we have extensive experience in the technology space from OSP construction management, wireless infrastructure projects, tower builds and many other wired and wireless programs.

  • Do you offer pre-construction services?

    Yes, we offer site analysis, constructability and feasibility studies, along with variety of other pre-construction support.
